"The hotel is an impressive structure amongst other impressive buildings. Reception staff are good and sort things out efficiently. The rooms are generous in size and are fitted very nicely. "The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. Very unpleasant experience: first time in our many trips that we were not allowed to use beach and pools after 6 pm. The question is: what to do in their hotel after 6 pm considering that the hotel is located 40 min drive to city? Their entertainment in the evening was also poor. The food in the buffet was not great. Even the hotel is "all included", the restaurant was not included. guests need to pay extra. The hours of buffet operation were limited: no food after 8:30 pm. Conclusion: the price (more than 1600 CAD for 8 nights) did not match the quality of the service."

"Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel."
