we reserved an ocean view room, which had many windows. unfortunately out of the 4 windows- only 1 opened about 4-5 inches! the others only a sliver, which considering the hotel doesn’t have AC. you’d want to have be able to have the sea beeze. also the carpet had a large stain when you walk in- again only to note the hotel is “ pet-friendly “ and i wonder?? we did prearrange a bottle of champagne to be in our room for a special occasion … and that didn’t happen either

While billed as a 'boutique' hotel the Inn does not offer any amenities, was built in 1992 and apparently not cleaned since, mold-infested, and lacking in staffing and amenities. It was in an outstanding location, however, and while over-priced the location by the sea is its one drawing card.

Good location but the room smelled like there was mold. The bathroom needs updating, the bathtub paint was already chipping. Staff was very noisy in the morning, which is not fun when you’re trying to rest on vacation.
