Morning breakfast lady, very helpful.. Said where to pick up park drive, into city.. I had light breakfast..only. Room small but nice. Top floor. No lift. I am 83, hazard getting case up there.. No help. Grounds looked great. Idea place for city..and M11. Grandchester, next juc 12 nice pubs for meals. Enjoyed my trip

Room compact but had all amenities we required, our room located on left side of chalet building kept cool all day out of the midday sun. We've stayed here a few times No problems with staff members all accommodating booking taxis etc, easy check in / out. 10mins walk to Park & ride catch bus into Cambridge.

Liked our ground floor rooms in the chalet. Traffic noise with windows open but hotel has convenient location next to M11! Clean comfortable, good value for money. Didn't eat at hotel. Check in friendly and efficient. Was concerned about previous reviews but our experience (2 rooms) was fine. Deposit promptly returned too.

This was a surprisingly lovely property. Given the extreme heat and lack of a/c, however, a ceiling fan would have been welcome. And their wires got crossed with respect to the need to pre-order the ‘grab and go’ breakfast. But really … a very nice place
