Definitely will return! Breathtaking ocean views, spaciously well equipped comfortable room with fireplace, wonderful breakfast facilty and lounge, separate pool house facility with infinity pool and hot tub overlooking ocean, peaceful hillside lounge chairs overlooking ocean, workout facility, a library , and spacious parking. The front desk and kitchen personnel were extremely friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and hiking trails. Can't wait to return to the Inn at Oceans Edge!

The Inn is everything you think when you think "inn in Maine". It's quaint, unique, gorgeously maintained, right on the beautiful coast. The staff are helpful and genuinely take interest in you. We can't say enough good things about it.

Hidden Gem!

The Inn is beautiful! What luck that we found it at the last minute and had a beautiful suite facing the water and lovely garden/pool areas. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Rich who helped us have a wonderful stay. This is a gem.

We knew this was a nice place, but we were even more impressed once we got there. Check-in was simple, room was close. The bed was amazing. Normally pillows are a problem, but they provided many and we slept great. Room was spacious and great view of the grounds and water. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and the spa. The breakfast was good also. We would stay here again and recommend it highly. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great time!!

Pool was not heated thus almost unusable, room very sparse, and most importantly were surprised by being charged for breakfast upon checkout, which was never mentioned by staff; seemed like a normal bed and breakfast. Property grounds and setting are wonderful, but the place itself was not meticulously maintained to match the price, and the breakfast charge surprise was very off-putting.

We loved staying here but was sad to find out they were closing for the season. So most of the amenities weren’t available. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. If you buy their coffee mug this is the deal. Buy one for $25 or two for $50!! LOL what a DEAL! The owner obviously doesn’t know how that works. We bought one. If you get your reservation through Expedia, you DO NOT get your breakfast included even though you pay $350 a night. That was a little rude. So we were charged $20 each person per day. Most of the time they were out of things so you didn’t get $20 worth of breakfast. Just be mindful of that when you make a reservation through Expedia. You’re penalized for that. Other than that, everything was perfect! Views were amazing.

This was one of our very best experiences on our 30 day road trip. The staff was impeccable and the grounds were absolutely stunning and beautiful. The pool was too cold to enjoy but nothing can be done about that. It is a beautiful infinity pool with a great view the hot tub was enjoyable even though the jets were not functioning as powerfully as normal, we still enjoyed it. The breakfast was really delicious. Many personal touches like complementary water and chocolates were appreciated.
