Muito barulho nos arredores do quarto, não consegui dormir de noite, parecia que o prédio estava desmoronando, acho que deve ter algum problema hidráulico porque quando alguém usava o banheiro fazia muito barulho, não fiquem em quartos no “E” devido o barulho de carros na rua.

Deveria ter procurado mais.

Lamentavelmente voltando de minha viagem a Caldas Novas, parei novamente no Fenix, achando que teria o mesmo conforto como foi na ida. Na primeira vez fiquei no quarto E 2, bem limpo e confortável, na segunda e última vez, espero, fiquei no apartamento 401, com uma cama desconfortável para um casal, ar condicionado quebrado (não tem as ventoinhas), vaso do banheiro solto, sem contar a barulhada de conversas em tons altos no quarto do andar pois tem uma porta trancada para ser também usado como conjugado e se vc está cansado, dirigindo o dia todo, querendo dormir até umas 8 hs da manhã, pode esquecer, pois o hotel atende a várias firmas no em torno, os funcionários das mesmas tem horários para levantar e muito cedo começa o bate porta e o falatório no corredor, te obrigando também a levantar e voltar para a estrada. Vá também preparado para desembolsar R$ 25.00 para estacionar .

Colchao ruim do casal, elevador medonho.. Pois da umas freiadas bruscas. Nao limparam o quarto, sai nao era nem 10:00 da manha e retornei as 20:00 nao limparam nem trocaram as toalhas.. Tv ruim nao tem smartv e só alguns canal.. fora que do nada cai o sinal e começa a chiar.. toalhas com cheiro ruim Somente o cafe da manha que é aceitavel.. Servico de manobrista tem que pagar antecipado e deixam a chave no parabrisa..

Pegamos o quarto 607, 1 - nao tinha internet 2 - ar condicionado, mau posicionado na minha opiniao e com funcionamento ruim e muito barulhento. 3 - informacao do problema internet nao falado de imediato pela recepcao 4 - solicitado travesseiro , tivemos q ir ate a recepcao retirar , pois, a recepcao disse q iria entregar e nao o fez. Infelizmente uma noite horrivel ao inves de descansar.
