Pedi para mudar de quarto logo que cheguei pq o colchao tinha um "buraco" no meio. Na hora de ir embora, depois de uns 3 dias hospedada, achei embaixo da cama uma embalagem de preservativo usada. Acho que nao preciso dizer mais nada.

Equipe atenciosa e simpática. Hotel em condições muito ruins, aspecto de abandonado. Café da manhã simples, porém, farto e saboroso. Cama de casal muito pequena, desconfortável. Fácil acesso à saída de Campinas para SP.

Não é o que parece !! Recepção demora pra resolver ( tv e ar sem funcionar, água do chuveiro gelada …) quarto pequeno é desconfortável, olha desculpe os comentários, precisam melhorar muito o serviço, a cordialidade, o atendimento e principalmente o conforto.

Não gostei.

Reservei 2 quartos porque iria com meus pais e meu marido á Campinas e porque haveria parcelamentos no cartão de crédito. O que não ocorreu. Ficamos em quartos apertadíssimos, que para alguém como minha mãe com dificuldade de mobilidade, foi doloroso. Não havia espaço na garagem para o carro porque há 4 vezes mais quartos do que vagas, o que obrigou meu marido a deixar a chave na recepção e estacionar em um terreno ao ar livre ao lado do estabelecimento. O que salvou a estadia de 3 dias, realmente foi o café da manhã e a simpatia e boa educação da copeira.

A acomodações tinha uma sala com sofa cama bem confortável, TV a cabo, frigobar e varanda. O quarto era cama de box de mola de casal tradicional confortável, armario grande e banheiro grande com um ducha com agua quente e bastante pressão (perfeito)! O cafe da manha era simples mas estava bem gostoso ....

Prédio muito antigo e com péssima acústica

O prédio é bem antigo e acústica é péssima, exemplo, vc ouve a pessoa do quarto ao lado tomando banho, escova os dentes, conversando. Barulhos da rua como motos e cachorros também são ouvidos. Se tiver sono leva, esqueça, terá problemas. A localiza é ruim, não tem nada que possa fazer caminhando. Porém, o atendimento não tenho o que reclamar, excelente. Eu não volto mais lá.

Melhor custo x benefício de Campinas

Ótimo hotel com excelente custo x benefício. Sempre um bom atendimento, café da manhã, garagem coberta, quartos amplos com ante-sala, frigobar e varanda. Preço justo. Região silenciosa para descansar. Sempre que vou à Campinas para Laroc/AME me hospedo no Golden Suite e vale muito a pena. Recomendo!
