De modo geral a estadia foi boa. A acomodação é boa. Atendimento é bom. O sistema de água quente funciona perfeitamente. Só algumas melhorias podem ser feitas. Quando cheguei no quarto a escrivaninha estava suja. A tampa do vaso estava encardida. O controle da TV não estava funcionando.

Cuidado tem estacionamento mas se sair perde

A estadia inicialmente foi tudo certo. Porém tivemos uma pequena situação desagradáveis, a tomada do secador não chegava a tomada da parede. A situação mais relevante foi que saimos e ao retornarnamos por volta das 2 da manhã, fomos proibidos de entrar para estacionar e a responsável que se apresentou como gerente disse que não podiamos estacionar alegando que o estacionamento estava cheio, sendo que quando reservei era porque tinha estacionamento,(isso é uma das minha tomadas de decisão) ficamos por quase uma hora discutindo e o pior de tudo na rua, pois a responsável ficou na porta entendemos que isso era um bloqueio para não entrar, sempre falando para estacionarmos na rua, até que conseguimos estacionar. E começamos mais uma situação, que ela iria nos acordar para tirar o carro caso outro cliente precisasse sair, pois ela não tiraria o carro. E esse mesmo cliente simplesmente estava no meio de duas vagas, e que ela não iria acorda-lo para arrumar o carro mas sim iria nos acordar caso ele fosse sair. Atendimento péssimo e difícil solução em situações simple. É um hotel que jamais me hospedaria novamente.
