Bom custo beneficio.

Hotel limpo e com um café da manhã excelente. Bastante área verde e equipe prestativa. Não gostei que a entrada para a suite premium seja direto do estacionamento e não pela recepção do hotel. Quando eu voltar, ficarei nos quartos internos.

Experiência abaixo das expectativas.

Pelo valor da diária, eu já conhecendo outros hotéis na mesma faixa de preço, esperava bem mais da experiência. O café da manhã foi decepcionante: estamos em Holambra e, no mês de agosto, com clima frio, não havia opções como waffle ou chocolate quente, o que faria toda a diferença. A cama era muito dura e o banheiro apresentava um cheiro desagradável. Pedimos um late check-out, mas, mesmo com o hotel praticamente vazio, a atendente quis cobrar taxa extra. Em hotéis desse porte e valor, isso costuma ser cortesia, especialmente para fidelizar o hóspede. Recomendo apenas para quem busca um lugar para dormir e passar uma noite na cidade, Não é um local que eu voltaria.

Bem razoável o hotel , com exceção da sistemática de ter o acesso ao bar (ou cozinha) a partir das 22h , e de não haver ninguém na recepção após esse horário . Não voltaria a me hospedar nele .

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Fomos super bem atendidos e foram muito prestativos as nossas dúvidas. O quarto casal é confortável e bem limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom, ficamos muito satisfeitos. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é o chuveiro do banheiro que estava com defeito. Tirando isso, o hotel é maravilhoso.

Excelente atendimento, quartos amplos e limpos, mas pouca iluminação na saleta e 2º quarto e toalhas ásperas e finas. Café da manhã bem servido num salão confortável e bem arejado. Providenciaram alguns itens veganos para nos atender. Bicicletas novas e bem confortáveis oferecidas gratuitamente pelo hotel, que usamos. Excelente localização !
