Lugar muito bonito e bem conservado, funcionários educados e muito prestativos. Só não concordei com o valor de R$ 110,00 cobrado para lavar duas toalhas manchadas, achei abusivo pois com o valor daria para comprar toalhas novas.

Amamos a pousada Villa dos Leais

Adoramos a pousada ótimo lugar lindo,tranquilo de muita paz,adoramos as piscinas aberta e a piscina aquecida,a chalé muito bem organizada e limpa adoramos isso a limpeza da pousada,e o atendimento super profissional e muito educados todos lá foram super gentil comigo e com minha esposa,Os funcionários Carina,Alex,Marcos, Rogério ótimo atendimento,e voltaremos na pousada concerteza super recomendo a todos que buscam um ambiente calmo,limpo,aconchegante,tranquilo e com uma ótima localização entre as montanhas de serra negra,nós sentimos em casa pois os funcionários da pousada são super legais e atenciosos conosco,e amamos o café da manhã da pousada com muitos tipos de pães doces bolos,e salgados adoramos tudo,único ponto que preciso mencionar a pousada não conta com restaurante mais isso não afeta a estadia na pousada pois o centro da cidade fica a 5 minutos da pousada Villa dos leais,Adoramos e voltaremos em breve.

Kind and warm experience

Villa dos Leais hotel It's a place to rest. Its a hotel to have peacefull moments. The moment we got in the room, the strategic essence of nature was noticed, and every day, after cleaning the room the accent was renewed. The staff really attentious, polite and warm. The incredible view, the deck. Incredible breakfast. But I have to give suggestions to improve this experience: offer full pension; improve hot water in the rooms. I felt a little unconfortable about having to wait for the hot water with the shower open, altough It was cloudy most part of the time. Reuse water. Put some open spots in the hot pool roof, so we can enjoy sun, even in the winter and avoid turning on the lights. Thanks for the experience, best wishes of all of you

O local é muito agradável e a equipe é receptiva, disponível e muito educada. O quarto era exatamente como nas fotos e a vista da varanda muito relaxante. Apenas quero chamar atenção para o fato de que os valore de venda no site hoteis.com não são os melhores para quem vai passar, como nós, dias de semana na pousada. A pousada tem site próprio com valores melhores para quem vai se hospedar de segunda a quinta que o oferta no hoteis.com, infelizmente!

Pousada Incrível

A nossa estadia foi incrível! A pousada possui quartos aconchegantes, com banheira de hidromassagem privativa, uma linda paisagem, piscina aquecida, sauna e piscina externa. É um ambiente maravilhoso para descansar, e curtir um final de semana ou feriado romântico. O café da manhã é sensacional e muito completo, possui um fogão a lenha, e muitas opções de bolos. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e atenciosos.

Uma pousada com novas instalações, todos os chalés independentes com o seu próprio estacionamento. Piscina aquecida aberta 24h, uma linda vista para as montanhas e um ótimo café da manhã servido no fogão a lenha.

Pousada Linda e super confortável!

Local maravilhoso e pousada linda e charmosa. Estrutura muito nova, suítes confortáveis, com arquitetura admirável. Um piscinas maravilhosas, em especial a piscina térmica. Uma ambiente delicioso, inclusive nos dias de frio e funciona 24h. O café da manhã é excelente, servido diretamente sobre um fogão a lenha. A pousada está de parabéns! Recomendo e pretendo retornar em breve. Obs: Faço a sugestão de melhorar o sinal de TV, pois alguns canais estão com imagem ruim. A adoção de um serviço de cozinha no período da noite, com a preparação de lanches e pratos rápidos, poderia ser interessante tbm.
