Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back! "The hotel was spa like and serene. The grounds are immaculate and very well maintained. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The food at the restaurants was very good. The Reserve restaurant stood as exceptional. Pool staff were available to serve drinks and food throughout the day. The personal concierge provided daily updates on activities, weather and remained available to assist with any needs during the stay. I would absolutely stay at the Paradisus when I return to Cabo. The location is on a quiet beach between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The hotel offered a half day trip to San Jose that is included with the stay at the resort which was a wonderful opportunity to explore that area. I had a wonderful week!"

"Our trip was absolutely unforgettable! The staff was top-notch and truly went above and beyond in every way. The property was immaculate and always smelled amazing with calming essential oils throughout. Having our own private butler exceeded all expectations and made the experience feel incredibly personalized. The pool was conveniently located near all the rooms, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was phenomenal—some of the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. This was hands-down the best place we have ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to return. A little slice of Heaven! "

"RIU palace impeccably clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Food overall good and diverse options. We loved the Krystal restaurant the best! Only thing that could be better would be an onsite sports bar. We walked to RIU Santa Fe’s Sports Bar which was not too far however food options were marginal. "

"This hotel is pretty nice! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and overall helpful with any requests made. The food was pretty good too. We went during Christmas and the hotel put on an amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. The family pool was often crowded but that’s to be expected however, the adults only pool was true to the expectation. The pool was a bit dirty but that was overlooked by due to the amazing staff and bartenders. Located right on the beach, this is a really good getaway for solos and family alike! "
