They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. "A lot of the furniture was damaged or straight up broken. The shower head was leaking from the actual shower head (not the connection). The beds were horrendous - uncomfortable and felt unstable. There was hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but almost zero gluten free options."

"This place was amazing 10 stars! Very clean and welcoming lobby. Outside was very well maintained. A quick ride in the elevator to the second floor and wa-la, walked into a beautiful and inviting room. Could barely hear our neighbors TV, but the hotel was complete silence at 9pm. The best thing was the vending machine area had a washer and dryer a few steps from our hotel door, so i did a load of laundry which turned out beautifully.
