Pontos Negativos: Banheiro sujo, com restos de sabonete e chão grudento. Dormimos mal a noite pois o colchão pinicava, acredito até que havia percevejos ou pulgas pois em baixo da bancada do quarto estava sujo com ração velha de cachorro. Limpeza Horrível! Pontos Positivos: Ao lado do shopping e da rodovia Dutra. Funcionários muito gentis e solicitos. Café da manhã gostoso com muitas variedades de frutas, pães e bolos. - Resumo: Hotel com muitos pontos positivos mas limpeza deficiente. Precisa melhorar a higienização dos quartos, principalmente após a saída de animais.

O local diz ter estacionamento porém são poucas vagas, tive que parar meu carro na rua, sem qualquer proteção e sob minha responsabilidade. Se forem para este hotel não contem com isso. No quarto a luz principal do banheiro estava queimada, além disso, um elevador estava sem funcionar o que gerou uma fila e espera alta para acessar o quarto.

Hora de fazer uma boa substituição e manutencao

Café da manhã bem normal, apenas um atendente para ver tudo, sanduicheira suja -queimou meu lanche. Hotel tem uma incrível estrutura, mas, precisa renovar urgente. Lençol pequeno para cama queen, toalhas ruins, cabelo na pia do banheiro (inaceitável) Televisão não pegava nenhum canal Tentei trocar de hotel mas, foi uma roubada. O staff é super atencioso e cortes, mas é só! O acento do vaso sanitário é péssimo- um material frágil que dá medo de usar. Porta do box não deslisa, requer manutencao

O quarto estava com cheiro de cachorro e acordei com picada, o banheiro não estava muito limpo, apresentava mofo no teto e dentro do Box Falei no hotel e trocaram de quarto e a limpeza estava melhor.
