Melhorar o atendimento

O hotel é ótimo, mas a comunicação é muito falha! Solicitei entrada antecipada, mesmo tendo disponibilidade nos quartos, esqueci minha chave no balcão, passei 4 vezes para verificar se tinham guardado falaram que não estava lá e no final estava. No último dia informaram que o restaurante não abriria pq não teria hóspedes o suficiente, que seria servido na bandeja e no final foi aberto o restaurante, mas só descobrimos pq questionamos.

Uma ótima opção pra quem vai pra Canção Nova

Muito bom o hotel, fica numa otima localização, muito perto da Canção Nova. Bom atendimento, quartos bem limpos e com bom conforto. O restaurante é muito bom, café excelente com muita variedade, e o almoço estava ótimo e com um preço muito justo. Só não avaliarei o café que fica aberto a partir das 16 horas, pois não fui bem atendido. E o valor da estadia poderia ter sido parcelado, pois pagar 400 reais em 1 vez fica pesado pra qualquer pessoa.
