Bring earplugs if you're wanting a good sleep as the train going through Camrose can be very loud. It woke me up twice in a night with its horn. The hotel itself, however, is quiet and quaint.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and updated. Just a little disappointed that the restaurant was closed for Reno’s as that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel (luckily McDonald’s is right next door). I would stay there again.

A really great room for the price. Comfortable, smart tv, decent water pressure - did wait for hot water- but no real complaints. It was quiet, good location, and a liquor store/bar/ resteraunt on site and 2 gas stations within walking distance. Would stay here again.

It was good for a short stay, clean and tidy. The bathrooms are a small. The cat was a bonus! Always nice to see a friendly animal wondering around!

The room was clean. The beds and pillows comfortable. The hvac unit was quiet which was pleasant unlike a lot of other hotels which are noisy. Would stay there again.

Very nice check in person. Comfortable room. However a light by the bed would be desirable. Not even a light swotch except ar door. Tried to reach hotel prior to visit to arrange early check-in but could not reach anyone by phone nor email. I was worried they had closed. Room for improvement. The person on the desk did a great job to make us feel better about our stay.

Absolutely no side lights
Hotel is in a very industrial area, which was fine. The room was clean and the beds were good. But there was one main light in the ceiling and no lamps, no standard or bedside lighting. I have never experienced this. Apparently they were waiting for parts after some guest damage. Surely we should have been advised and offered at least one lamp on check-in?

I really loved this place. I had a U-Haul and had lots of room to park. The restaurant in the hotel was also great and convenient after spending the day driving.

TV system is terrible you can use your own Netflix account but there is no way to sign out of it when you checkout, out TV wanted us to “airdrop” something from a previous guest staff had no idea how to fix issue or cancel previous guest access

Updated and Modern. Friendly staff.
This hotel was very well-maintained and looks as if has been renovated very recently. Check-in was smooth and effortless. One constructive comment I do have is there are no deadbolts or chains available on the doors to the rooms - so while the door locks automatically and needs a key to open, there is no way for the guest to provide additional security while they're in the room (by deadbolting or chaining their door). I would suggest the owner(s) either add deadbolts and chains, or, at the very least, "Do not Disturb" signs for those of us who work late and, consequently, sleep later into the morning and consequently run the risk of being disturbed by housekeeping staff. This won't prevent me from staying there again, however I do think it's important for the owners to know.

Every team member we interacted with was outstanding. They were very accommodating for all our unusual requests and always had a smile on their face. Kudos to the Jamie for going over and above. This will be my go to hotel in Camrose from now on. See you next year for BVJ!

It was a nice place. I definitely will not use Expedia again though, they are a complete rip off. I am sorry but if a hotel room has 2 bed, 2 adults should be included… but no you only let one adult be included and charged me for the second one!! The hotel said they wouldn’t of even charged me for the extra. I though Expedia was suppose to find the best rates and help people out but really they just rip you off. Was not impressed with Expedia. I also will not be recommending Expedia to anyone! If anything I will start them in the opposite direction.
