The listing for this property should clearly state it is located next to a night club which plays music until 2am in the morning and it is so loud that you cannot talk in the room and be heard. Vietnam has no restrctions on noise, so when I say loud I mean so loud it is unbelievable. Don't book this unless you plan to be out most of the time at the nightclub. The room was very clean and modern, with a lovely view. The breakfast provided was ok but not amazing. The lobby of the hotel could be fixed.

The place is durable, the room and bathroom is not really clean. The card key is never accessible, the staffs come to fix the problem 10 times the problem is still remains. The breakfast is sucked, lamb food not in variety. Not professional, I don’t recommend this place….

The hotel is very old and dirty, with many small spiders crawled on bed. Bed towels are very old. Bad smelling. Has only one elevator, has to wait too long. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel.

The security guard sitting in front smokling all the time. The room is dirty and super hot. The current is broken and dirty as they don’t clean. would add picture and video but I can see the option while writing this. I would not recommend anyone stay here

The WiFi is very weak, Bathroom needs a curtain to keep the water out. Breakfast is subpar, serving the same foods every day. Only the massage service is great in the hotel. Overall, the price doesn’t justify with the amenities of the hotel.

Hit & Miss on the hotel rooms

We arrrived to the overly spacious lobby & check in area. Check in was fine but when we got to the room... the first one we were booked in was on the left side of the hotel if you are facing the beach. There were spiders and cobwebs in a few places in the room and in the passage before the room. The bedsheets had blood stains on them and the net curtain had a big rip in it. We are asked to be moved to a clean room. We were shown another one 2 floors above on the same side, no different at all, dirty. They then asked us to wait while they cleaned another room on the first floor for us. The room was slightly clean but still not great. Even worse it was directly across a little rat infested road to the noise restaurant. The start before 6am & don’t quieten down until after 11pm. There is also a massage company on the first floor, the entrance of which was less than 10m from our bedroom door. I complained again in the morning, our only option was to pay more money and be moved to the top right of the hotel sea facing (6th floor). The room was much cleaner and the big window made it feel more spacious, had we been given this room first our stay and review would have been different. The shower in the bathroom had no pressure and the water never got hot, warm at best.

Dirty!

Very dirty room! Rodent feces along window base. Entrance door not properly framed...literally heard everything going on out in the hallway. Annoying bolero karaoke singing from people staying across the hall as they were coming in and out. Called staff for another room, but was given the typical “please wait” and no response.

Flott beliggenhet.

3.star hotel hvor vi bodde på deluxe-rom med fantastisk beliggenhet. Rommet var stort og fint med flott utsikt til elva og park. Til og med badet hadde to vinduer med utsikt. Nærhet til spisesteder og båtturer.
