“Ours was a standard motel room, sorely in need of updates. The entry door stuck so badly, we had to throw our body weight against it in order for the door to unstick and open. The floors needed mopping. I dripped some water on the floor, and the tissue I used to clean up the drips came up filthy. The bathroom floor linoleum was cracked, broken and dirty.
