"The hotel was close to airport. It’s quite dated it needs an outside and inside upgrade the room was good just redone. Restaurant in hotel was a bonus food was great but it’s just a bar setting. Check in was quick. Breakfast was very limited but ok."

"The location is great for walking to where ever you attend to see.. The staff were very nice. The room was clean. The only small issues were a burnt out bulb in the bathroom, fan wasn’t working in the bathroom, and the bed needs to be replaced as by the end of your vacation our backs were hurting."

"a/c disconnected for the cold season. Room way to hot , impossible to lower the temperature even with the window open 24/24 sleep was not optimal for both my wife and I. Not normal that an hotel decide what temperature you will have to endure in your room."

"Loved this hotel stay. The room was gorgeous & massive! Perfect for our stay in Boston. Incredibly well located in the middle of everything but still quiet when it was time for bed. The staff were so kind and helpful! The attached coffee shop was perfect for a busy morning and the scones were delicious. Could not recommend this hotel enough!"

"We had a lovely room on an upper floor with a great view. The room needed some attention - phone didn’t work, there was a crack in the bathroom basin and some laminate flooring pieces were lifting. However, the Ciel restaurant was a great experience and the location was great. I would certainly stay there again."
