"Positives: Restaurant Ciel has an amazing view and good food. The staff is polite but nothing remarkable and communication between staff seems to lack when we need something in the room to be checked. 9 minutes by foot from the Convention center of Quebec.
Negatives: 1)Poor air circulation, we couldn't see the radiator at the beginning of our stay because furniture was in front of it. But even when we were able to turn it on, the air still felt dry and we worked up every night to drink water. Also no water bottle offered by the hotel at the beginning to f the stay. 2) The mattress and the pillow was too firm. We didn't sleep well. 3) the spas in the hotel was barely warm. Almost the same temperature of the pool. 4) the phone wasn't working in our room.
Just take any cheap loft nearby and don't bother to pay more to go to Le Concorde."
