It was easy to find, The rooms had a lot of space, Check in info regarding keys needs to be a bit clearer, room didn’t have hot water but was fixed quickly, other people staying there need to be more considerate.

We had a family suite upstairs with a garage underneath. The room was clean and good condition. Spa bath was out of order but we wouldn't have used that anyway. Was a good room, especially for the price. Room was comfortable size for the 4 of us as we were only in the room after dinner until morning both nights we stayed. Check-in and check-out was the easiest I have ever experienced. Had a code to get the key out of the lockbox and a box to return the key. Dont have to actually speak to anyone. Was in a good location for us, we had a car but was a nice easy walk over the bridge to town or up the road to the fast food places. Motel was in a quite spot and was perfect the first night. The last night we stayed the place was at capacity and we had inconsiderate neighbours who made a lot of noise. I don't think you'd hear any other noises unless it is people right near your room. Only issue we had was no hot water on the second morning and was told when they are a capacity you need to wait about half an hour for it to reheat. After an hour and a half it was still ice cold. Staff advised that the fuse went on the hot water system. Ended up with a part refund.

Easy check in and access. Very pet friendly with good room sizes and parking right outside the room. Response rate was slow on queries but otherwise very enjoyable time

Spacious but barren accomodation. Not properly cleaned when we arrived, including plates and dishes still with residue of previous use. Only 1 mug for drinks and when we asked for another it was somewhat reluctantly given with a distinct vibe given out that we must have broken one (we hadnt). On the third day of our stay the toilet role was running low so my wife asked for another one to see us through the final day. Request refused! Bizarre!

We do ask all guests to wash up their dishes after themselves but of course our housekeepers are supposed to go back over them to make sure they are sparkling, and according to our feedback that didn't happen so I will be following up with our housekeepers to ensure this doesn't happen again, please accept our apologies. In regards to the extra mug, I was more than happy to get you an extra mug, and at no point did I do or say anything to imply that you had broken one, I was just surprised that you only had one as you should have been provided with more. In regards, to the toilet paper request it's bizarre that you're saying we refused this request as I personally went up to service your room and ensure extra toilet paper was on hand. When I was there I confirmed that there was the extra roll of toilet paper under the sink as I had told your wife. Our apologies for what seems to have been a handful of misunderstandings that sullied an otherwise quality stay. Hopefully we can see you again the next time you're travelling through town. Value for money was excellent. The room had recently been painted etc. however the only negative would be the bathroom floor really needed a good scrub with a good cleaner . It was very ,very dirty. Easily fixed and it would get a 10 / 10 for a pleasant stay . Would be great with kids as parks with play areas etc. just across the road.

I requested a downstairs room as I am an elderly person{78] On a walking stick had 2 knee replacements,2 hip replacements and 2 spinal surgeries, making climbing stairs very difficult or nearly impossible. Our room was the furtherest from the stairs. My wife rang the night manager as we did not get there from Melbourne until 6pm {8hour drive} but she could not help us. The next morning the day shift officer shifted us down stairs and stated the messages are not always passed from you people. As result we will be very reluctant to use your service again.
