We had a very nice stay at hotel. We even added a night because the location is so convenient and the service was excellent and welcoming. We only can recommend the hotel.

Beautiful and well maintained property! Agnes was in contact prior to arrival with all pertinent information we needed about our room etc… she was there to welcome us and even helped us with our luggage.

Great place to enjoy St. Malo for a few days. It's location is perfect, situated right next to the beach and in good distance from the town center (about a 30 min walk). The staff is unbelievably helpful.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an overall good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was small (16m2) but it had everything we needed. We were contacted prior to our stay about our room preferences (1 double bed vs two single beds or bathtub vs shower) and our preferences were taken into account. Close to beach and citadel. One has to clean up and wash dishes or one will be charged a cleaning fee.

Our stay at the Escale Oceania Saint-Malo was truly wonderful. The staff was helpful (special thanks to Elodie), and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small, but the space was perfectly laid out and fully functioning. We reserved a seaside family suite, which included a gorgeous view of the ocean, and a loft area. We loved this hotel and St. Malo! Beach view room was totally worth the extra money, not only could we watch the tide coming and going (which was very interesting) but we could also watch all the beach and boardwalk activities. We could see St. Malo Centre from our window and also the sunset from our bed at 10:15! Room was a little tight but had good storage so all our bags and "things" could be put out of the way. The hotel reception was very welcoming. We were provided with a room that was very bright and specious for three people. Some rooms on the third floor have ocean views, but must be requested at the time of reservation. The bathrooms are modern and recently remodeled. Catherine, at reception, gave us all the information we needed, from the best restaurants for dinner to where to find the best evening live music.
