For starters- the property looks exactly like it does online. Beautiful spotless. Great food. However- most of the staff are pretty rude & uninterested. Declining to pay for extra services I didn’t want felt like a crime. The entire stay was just a bad sales pitch with overly aggressive tactics to change our minds. I chose to stay at breathless again due to how amazing the one in Punta Cana was. Sadly, the Cancun location was not enjoyable and it’s honestly only because of the staff.

Poperty is very nice and very clean ,very good staff. Just to remember not many vegan or vegetarian options when it comes to food

Beautiful resort, lots of fun. Great food options. Very clean and aesthetically appealing. The only complaint was the drinks were very watered down and barely tasted like any alcohol was in them. But so great otherwise in every way.

It's a great place to go if your looking for a party resort but some of the staff had very nasty attitude very unprofessional and unpleasant. The rooftop pool the manager was unprofessional he really didn't care about my issues. But I will say best club i been to on a resort. The bartender in the lobby bar thee best

Food was great. The staffs were so lively and efficient. Everyone was giving lots of positive vibes. They had lots of activities and entertainments. The beach had public access and crowded with local, not clean.
