I did not like the gym too small, they didn’t have daily houskiping, just once a week. Poor costumer service. I didn’t enjoy the stay in this hotel

In terms of cleanliness, this was one of the worst hotel's. Our room had a towel what seemed to be a blood stain. We took it to show the front desk and they didn't even show any concerns. They put 2 more towels in the room and we picked up 2 more. All 4 towels were dirty and had holes in them. When we brought that to their attention, the front desk laughed it off. Bed was never made. There was no bath soap. Shower pressure was extremely week. Overall, never again.

Stayed for a couple of hours after a cancelled flight. The hotel room is very basic, nothing fancy. But considering the price, I would stay again. Best thing to note is the hotel transportation, they were very very accommodating for a reasonable price.

Mala condicion de los baños
El baño se llena de agua de la ducha, ducha sucia y con malos acabados de obra, mucho pelos de mujer por todo el piso.,, ojo no pierdas la llave que son 250 Pesos US25 USD... Reclame por el agua que sale de la ducha y la recepcionista dijo que eso es general del hotel, es un problema de diseño y terminacion de obra.

es Low Cost.. pero no es la calidad precio
Estuve en la habitacion 316, el agua se sale de la ducha y en 2 ocasiones resvale, tuve que colocar las toallas de cuerpo en el piso.. el piso de la ducha en pesimas condiciones y acbado.. a parte de sucio luce sucio. .. el piso con cabellos de mujer... me querian cobrar una llave por 250 pesos .. casi 25USD... por una llave que cuesta menos de 1 USD.. es ridiculo.. luego la encontre no tuve que pagar....
