Room was clean, but sparse, which is typical Mexico. Bed comfortable and AC worked great.
The TV, all programs, were only in Spanish so if you know no Spanish, bring a book!
No elevator so careful on the luggage.
Good location, just off the town square, with lots of shops and restaurants, and the beach is a 5 minute walk.
Very disappointed. I booked this room based on a score 8 (very good) What I am about to describe is the honest truth. I am normally not one to write reviews but this time I had to just to protect others. The room was $ 129 for one night which is far from the cheapest rooms in the area. The pictures on the website were nothing compared to the reality. We reserved 2 Queen beds. The room smelled of mildew. There was a small window with a view of an abandoned patio covered with trash. The mattress and pillows (2) were super hard and uncomfortable. No nightstand to put your belongings on.
No closets to put the luggage or clothing in. Not even a cloth hanger to hang my jacket. No coffee maker or amenities. No glasses or cups. No shower soap only a little pouch of shampoo. No washcloths or hand towels, only 2 bath towels.( one per person) no hot water for a shower. I was so upset that I left early in the morning. The only positive remark is that the room was clean, it seemed newly painted. The building was very old and I think the rooms were recently renovated or patched up. I did not see any staff members besides the person on the front desk upon checking in at about 8 pm. I left early in the morning after a disastrous night.
Room was bare bones. One sheet on each bed, no blankets at all and it was cool at night. Two.towels provided were not in good shape. No toiletries provided. One roll of toilet paper. Could not close windows as branches of tree growing inside through window. Very very steep stairs and we were booked on third floor and one of us was in their seventies. Definitely not for anyone with mobility issues.
Didn't even stay overnight and checked ourselves out and took quite a loss as no refund, we were not comfortable staying there.
We are very down to earth people and don't expect a lot but we were very disappointed We booked this hotel as it showed a 8.4 rating and for its location.
Rug in the bedroom seemed a little dirty and I wish there were better dead bolts to lock the room, but otherwise this place was great for a brief stay. Not much storage space to hang clothes but our room did have a small fridge. Loved the area around - easy to walk everywhere and very beautiful greenery.
Staff at hotel is very service oriented and helped with any of our needs and beyond.
Every service also done with smiles and friendly words! The staff is the best!
It has everything we expected. We checked in at midnight and checked out early in the morning. The young receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate his friendliness and patience. The rooms are very clean.

No elevator. Small rooms. No safe, coffee maker, hot plate. No closet in my room. Had to ask for mini fridge and got it.
What I didn't like was they didn't allow you to take the towels to the beach.... Air conditioner leaked water every time it came on.... last night there, the water from the ac filled a trash can of 18 inches high almost to the top. Kept us awake.
This is a small well located hotel with like 2 star accommodations. We rented a "2 bedroom suite" that had two beds in a loft area and one single in the living room. There was only one lousy chair in the living room. Nowhere to sit. No table, nothing. The kitchen was fine and the bathroom was OK. Internet was horrible. Not a deal at this price point. Look elsewhere
Room and bathroom were spacious, but quite plain, kind of like a hostel. I’ve stayed in approximately 30 hotels in different parts of Mexico. This one by far had the roughest towels. Not certain what cleaning or drying process they use for their towels, but…it leaves the towels feeling very rough.
Beds are somewhat firm, but pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning works great. My room had a small refrigerator, which is a rare feature and was much appreciated. Wifi in the room is strong. Hot water supply was good, but most of the time the water had to be run for a while before the hot water arrived.
The bathroom had a single towel rack, located in the shower stall, which was an odd location. Some additional towel hooks in the bathroom would have been welcomed. As well, complimentary bar soap and shampoo are provided, but the shower lacks a small shelf for these items. I had my own body wash and shampoo, but had to place these items on the tile floor inside the shower.
Well fitting screens on the windows, so that the windows can be opened to admit fresh air, without admitting insects as well.
The hotel was very quiet generally, though a nearby venue plays live music every night, which terminates around 23:00.
There is a lovely rooftop patio, part of it in the sun, and part of it shaded. Very nice.
The hotel is in a great location, only a few minute’s walk to the central square, taxis, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and a large grocery store.
Bon emplacement, mais difficile de dormir à cause des bruits provenant de la rue et sourtout de la structure même, chambres pas insonorisé. On endand la télé ou la chasse de l'eau des autres chambres.
L'eau de la douche à peine tiède.
