We’ve stayed here twice now. This room way much better than the first, as it was ocean front. (Not ocean view-first was ocean view and we were on the side) The rooms are perfect! Staff is great! We like the sports bar best, Julio is wonderful waiter and the bartender was excellent! We like this location also, since you can walk across to the mall, restaurants, bars and the aquarium. The bus stop is close to go to Isla Mujeres ferry or anything else.

It was a last minute trip booked on Sat. and arrived Sunday morning. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful with 2 pools with lot of beach chairs and the infinity pool was amazing beautiful. The room was clean, staffs are very friendly, meals were great. We tried all restaurants overall, we love it!! However, booked a cirque de soleil show with transportation through Expedia. Didn’t receive any notification about where and what time to pick up until last minute which was the morning of the day of the show. Got to the lobby 10 mins early but the shuttle left 20 mins before the expected time. One of the concierge at the hotel named Cynthia, she helped us arranged transportation and we arrived safely and on time. I have to special thank you to Cynthia! Thank you very much once again. We definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

This is a beautiful resort with nice staff members and plenty to do and lots of relaxation. We did a facial which was pricey but really nice. Food is okay a bit pricey but it's a hotel and you pay hotel prices. We played tennis, beach volleyball and went on a 5 mile hike down the beach. One thing to note, you do have to get up before dawn to get a prime seat by the pool, people are out claiming their spots at 6:00-7:00am, after that you will not get prime seating. I got up every day like plenty of other people to watch the sunrise. People come and go and no one takes your things away. I won't be back but glad I got to experience it. The Isla mall is right across the street with plenty of nice restaurants and shops. Have a fun holiday
