No wifi in room. No restaurant even though it said there was. When we asked for extra pillows as we were only given two very flat ones we were told it would cost extra. "Staf sangat ramah dan sigap menolong. Saya mendapat 2 kamar dengan masalah di air. Teknisi segera datang dan memperbaiki. Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya. Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki."
