"Basically a nice hotel but a few details need attention: spacious room but heating totally inadequate and had to borrow an additional heater from reception. Room was very cold when we checked in. Need to ditch the paper cups in bathroom and replace with proper glasses. Lack of furniture in room and clothes storage space very limited. Why no wardrobe? Service in restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner was ridiculously slow. Meal took 3 hours! There's no excuse for this, especially as it was a set...

"Good clean room, easy check-in, friendly staff, lots of parking.
Only not 5 stars as the rooms do not have air conditioning and it was a heat wave when we stayed (should be noted that the hotel did not claim to have air-conditioning, we just weren't expecting the heatwave in May)"
