Hotel parece novo e acho que tem potencial, banho bom mas toalhas e roupa de cama ruins. Copo sujo de batom no frigobar, não pude usar. Academia com aparelhos muuuuuito antigos e sem manutenção. Café da manhã também nada demais, não achei nada muito bom, pode ter menos coisas e melhor qualidade. Estacionamento não comporta a quantidade de carros hospedados. Localização boa.

Um bom hotel

Recepção excelente, pessoal gentil, educado, prestativo. Quarto muito bom, limpo, chuveiro excelente. Só não tinha exaustor no banheiro e o colchão poderia ser mais firme, mas isso é questão de gosto. A piscina estava limpa e com temperatura da água bem quentinha. Bicicletas à disposição para passear e como hotel tem localização próxima à Catedral, foi um passeio bem legal de fazer. Térreo sempre perfumado e organizado, com café, chá e água saborizada à disposição. Café da manhã é normal, não tinha muitas frutas e frios, nem muitas opções sem glúten, mas o que tinha estava bem feito. Pessoal do restaurante sempre atento, mantendo tudo organizado e repondo itens. Acho que, resumindo, o destaque do hotel é o atendimento, pessoas muito educadas, prestativas e gentis.

Eu e minha esposa ficamos hospedados durante 8 dias e temos 2 ressalvas sobre o hotel: 1- Café da manhã com mínima variação (praticamente as mesmas opções todos os dias, alterando apenas o sabor da torta e do croissant); 2- Camas desconfortáveis (trocamos de quarto 3x, todas as camas eram duras)

Tive uma experiência incrível nesse hotel! Desde o momento da chegada, o atendimento foi impecável, com a equipe sempre atenciosa e disposta a ajudar. O quarto era super confortável, muito bem decorado e limpo. A cama era maravilhosa, perfeito para um descanso tranquilo. O banheiro, espaçoso e moderno, com chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã é um verdadeiro destaque, com muitas opções frescas e saborosas. A localização também é ótima, perto de várias atrações. Sem dúvida, voltarei sempre que estiver na cidade.
