Would not recommend to stay here. The staff is not trained in hospitality and the hotel itself is WAY OVERPRICED!! Even at half cost I would not stay here again. I stayed at four places in Guatemala. Sarnai was, without doubt, the best one. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The availability of purified water in the kitchen and a full kitchen was great. Hosts were great also .
