"Great location. I would say this is not a premium hotel. Rooms are basic. The staff are great though and we're very helpful when our initial room had pet hair on chairs. If you don't like to be in such a space, ask for a non pet friendly room."

"This was the second time we've stayed here and we love it. The hot tub is great, the included breakfast was good, and Whitebark cafe located on site is excellent. Location is also excellent - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Banff."
