Not to embarrass him but he really did help make our stay with his welcome and assistance. This is a beautiful, rare historical place to stay with a beautiful garden oasis in the middle of a busy city. I look forward to returning some day. "

"Our Studio Suite had 2 Juliet Balconies overlooking the Grand Canal and Gondola station. The decor was Old World and 550 sq ft. The staff was friendly, served buffet breskfast-it felt like home for a week. Only 23 rooms with good air conditioning. This location as great as you could walk or Vaporetto eithercdirection as it's halfway up the Grand Canal. Highly recommended."

"Amazing stay here for our honeymoon. Room was beautiful, probably the nicest place I’ve stayed in across Europe. Breakfast was really nice all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. It was our 2nd time in Venice so we kind of knew our whereabouts. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking distance. Rialto bridge just a short 13 minute walk and the main station Piazzale Roma is 15-20 minutes not bad whatsoever. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice you will not be disappointed. Hopefully we can stay here again on any future visits. "
