“I arrived early afternoon and was checked in immediately. I had forgotten to load my South Africa map on to my TomTom GPS before leaving the UK and the lady of the house helped me do this on her own computer for which I will be eternally grateful. room was nice with balcony with table and chairs and river view. Bathroom had a tub - wonderful- and there were plenty of electrical points to charge phone etc. I walked to the nearby Quay Street at dusk to the recommended brew pub where I had a couple...

“The place is just stunning Huge room with living room. Deck with pool (small but warm) and many possibilities to sit and relax with a marvelous view onto the sea and beach. Close beach access and absolutely wonderful staff which helps in any regards. It will always be again this place!!!”

“A lovely 6 day stay at Main Lodge. My chalet was wonderful with fantastic views, even from the shower! Spotlessly clean. The restaurant buffets were good, plentiful food and choices. My guide was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable and the safari drives were for around 3 hours each, twice daily, lots of wildlife to be seen. ”
