“Our stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. ”

“There is a guest book at the Rock Inn which dates back to 1903 and it chronicles the experiences of the people who vacationed there. After reading through it one has to agree that it is a special place.
We had a lovely stay at the Rock Inn. Our room was cosy with a comfy bed. We booked our meals in because the food is superb and the service friendly and attentive. We look forward to going back.”

“결혼식 참석겸 숙박을 했는데 생각보다 좋은 컨디션에 잘 지내고 왔어요. 욕실은 현대적이지만 건물자체는 오래된 성이라 느낌이 묘하더라구요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 캐슬 자체내에서 할건 꽤 많았어요. 시간이 없어서 다 이용못한게 좀 아쉽더라구요. 나중에 또 와서 묵고 싶은 곳이에요. 시설은 좋은데 음식이나 기타 비용은 가격이 꽤 나가는 편이었어요.”
“Beautifully furnished old room up several small flights of stairs (not easily accessible for some). Recently refurbished old pub in a really central location near the Cathedral. Staff were amazing - managing to make us tea & coffee when there was a power cut! Would definitely reommend. ”

But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.”
“The Passage House Hotel is in such a beautiful location. Lovely scenery and walks. Easy and quick to drive to shops. The hotel is a little tired and dated but that had no impact on our stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was a great hit with grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the Passage House Inn which is right next door. Food and drinks looking over the estuary. We would definitely stay again b”
