“It was nice owner took note of any food allergies. Asked about breakfast time preference - nice. Explained everything. Gave us history of area + played the fiddle for us. Breakfast was lovely. All homemade + special.the Red Shoe Pub in Mabou was great too! A must do!”
“This was the BEST cabin rental EVER!! It was so perfect - the view, the grounds to walk on, the trail and the hill on the property. The cabin was fully equipped and super clean and comfortable. They think of everything. We will be back again for certain. Nice to have a coffee on the chairs on our cabin porch in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening - amazing view!”
“Beautiful property but very isolated. It is right on the Cabot trail which is nice. Lovely staff. The food is incredible. Delicious breakfast and dinner was an amazing tasting menu. We had some minor issues with our room but not a huge deal. Overall a lovely place to stay if you want to be isolated. ”
“Great stay for 3 nights. Always enjoy our stays at this well located hotel. Great free breakfast, easy parking and dined twice at the nice restaurant connected to the hotel by a 2nd floor pedway. VG staff V clean room, all good. Go to this area often for family reasons, business & pleasure. Super friendly people always. CB is awesome”
“Fantastic well appointed suites right on the water and right next to Louisbourg fortress. Very bright with lots of windows and amazing views. Owners and staff are helpful and feiendly and restaurants on site and nearby. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the view and sunshine. Overall room was clean but dusty blinds and window sills stood out to me in the sunlight.”

“The check-in process was smooth at the Lynnwood Inn. I was issued two metal keys, and each hotel room key allows access through the main door. The hotel is really close to the main street of the town and the room was cozy. The shower pressure was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, all items I look for in a hotel. I would certainly stay here again if I am ever in Baddeck. ”
