Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the bed, mattress and linens. The tv was nice and the kitchen just perfect. We loved Kayla who registered us and provided wrist band keys and resort bands as well as a closet for our luggage as we arrived early. We enjoyed the amenities on the property. The bar staff employee Charles was great. The rooms need a remodel, there was a distinct smell every time we walked into the room. I do wish housekeeping came In daily to freshen up the room. The food in the hotel restaurant was just mediocre. I also wish the room had two full beds instead of a pull out sofa. Also the walls were very thin and we could hear everything outside the room.

Staff was great. The policy of not having coffee before is awful. We did have the ability to make coffee in the room but it was measured for 12 cups. That and the amount of creamer was negligent. As we were leaving for the airport at 8am all we wanted was a cup of coffee to go.

We had a great stay. The two bedroom condos have a ton of room and we loved the full kitchen and the washer and dryer. The pool area is awesome. We also enjoyed the easy beach access and the chairs and umbrella for only $20 per day.
