"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. "Single room, two night stay. Room was comfortable, good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Floors were a bit creaky though! Excellent buffet breakfast - cereals, yoghurt, fruit and cooked breakfast. I also ate in the restaurant one night, and the food was largely good, though not impressed with the chips. Well located - not in the heart of Penzance but close enough to be accessible. Staff all very friendly and helpful."

"Lovely hotel, we had a warm welcome. The room was clean and modern with a lovely big bath. We had an early departure and the receptionist organised a breakfast bag for each of us which was a nice touch. They also recommended a local (affiliated) pub for supper. Great views and nice decor. A good playground on site which was great for our toddler to explore. Would highly recommend."

"This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested. This is a wonderful place to stay"
