"Everything was excellent. The front desk lady when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. The place feels upscale, everything was clean and fresh. Room was big and comfy. Breakfast very was nice. Highly recommended!"

"This place has it all! The location is amazing, just steps from Venice Beach, and the hotel offers all the beach essentials you could need to borrow, including beach towels, beach chairs, sifters for shells and shark teeth, and beach umbrellas. Breakfast consists of an assortment of quality pastries and cereals, so just keep in mind that a hot continental breakfast is not offered here. The hotel is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants and just a short drive from many other stores, restaurants, and activities. Free parking is available on the premises, and we never had trouble finding a spot. Our room was clean, and the AC cooled it down quickly. The refrigerator worked great, almost too great at first, since it froze all our drinks! We turned the temperature up just a little, and everything stayed perfectly cold after that. This is officially my new favorite place, and I can't wait to return! If you're between this place and another, choose this one. Helpful tip: If you're looking for shark teeth, Venice Beach isn't your best bet. Head to Brohard Park or North Jetty instead!"

"Una excelente opcion para vacacionar. El servicio muy bueno, la limpieza y la decoracion excelente. Me llamó mucho la atencion que las plantas del lobby son naturales y bien cuidadas. Segun mi apreciación lo que se pudiera mejorar es climatizar las piscinas para el periodo de octubre hasta marzo para tener un mejor confort para los bañista, maximo en el Level Blue, fui ahora en octubre y no pude bañarme. Tener mejores opciones nocturnas para el disfrute de los clientes, sin opciones de pago extra por estas actividades. La opcion de ver peliculas en el TV de la Suite hay que pagarlas, no hay opcion gratis, se supone que si pagaste una suite, ver la TV lo tiene incluida. Esto son solo recomendaciones para que sea una opcion atractiva para turistas, es un lugar hermoso que puede atraer muchos clientes."
