“The grounds were very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping was wonderful, polite and very accommodating. We only had a couple issues to mention. The mattress on the pullout couch was as thin as a cracker and extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtain rod was about 6" to far into the shower so the curtain stuck to you while you tried to shower. And a side note, the elevators were extremely small and slow. “Really enjoyed staying at the Star Inn. Very nice and have access to all the facilities at Congress Hall. Only gripe was lack of parking due to a busy weekend and people parking where they weren't supposed to. ”
