"Very spacious room with a lovely private balcony. We had a wonderful time. The only downside is the parking spots are pretty narrow, and some people are a bit inconsiderate about parking too close/ over the line."

"Check in was a mess. There was no parking and the valet was a hot mess. People waited forever. My daughter lugged our things in and we ended up paying for street parking. The excuse from front desk was well we have a wedding. So I suggested that wedding guests should have been valet and hotel guests should get a parking space. Once I got past the lost time the room was very nice, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We were on the 1st floor so limited views of the ocean, but we spent most of our time on the beach. We did not use the pool but it looked lovely. We were shocked that there was no toaster lol. But everything else was enough. We would consider coming back but truly the staff really could have used more empathy and realized the valet mess. (I guess for the money spent we expected a parking space and a little more care from the front desk)"

"Everything was great and we were enjoying our stay when, on the second full day there, we were told that no beach umbrellas were going to be available, only the lounges and towels (or cabanas for $100/day). No explanation was given. We assumed it was because there was a little stronger breeze than the day before, and there were no lifeguards on the hotel’s part of the beach. I want to mention that the other hotels and condos around us were allowing umbrellas to be used on the beach that day. The temperature was in the mid eighties so it was not possible to sit in the sun for any length of time without an umbrella. We ended up sitting at the pool the whole day. I suppose it would be good to know beforehand what the hotel’s policy is on this. With only a two full day stay, the beach was our main focus, so this was a big disappointment."
