"Nice place, nice hotel.
Service was good. Room was very comfortable and clean.
The
pool was very good. We enjoyed using it.
The room was very hot - the temperature outside was over 30’c, it would have been brilliant if it had air con!
I searched for hotels with a
pool & air con on hotels.com , somehow this hotel came up and I didn’t realise it didn’t have air con - so my fault!
However I would still recommend this hotel as it is very good and in a lovey location.

"Very cute hotel with very kind/nice staffs!! Breakfast was tasty.
Front desk closes at 9pm, so if you arrive later than that, you need to communicate with hotel how to receive your room key.
My room has eaves and felt super tight at the shower, so you may tell tem you need room with high ceiling if you are tall.

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel
Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard

"X1 night at Hameln, hotel good location for getting into beautiful old town, not so good food at Ambrosia. Missed the Pied piper museum as arrived to late and not open to couples on Mondays but enjoyed the stay"
