The room was good and the hotel itself was in a central location on the Gran Via. Plenty to see and do nearby. Easy transport options.
When we arrived to the hotel, the room wasn't ready and we couldnt checkin until 30minutes after checkin.
The first morning there was no hot water, this was fixed and not an issue for the remaining days of the holiday and we were offered free breakfast for one of the days.
The room was clean and had what we needed. Except would be good to have a bathroom door or curtain - the shower door is see through glass and only frosted for the toilet...

Hotel pequeño y bien ubicado, con personal muy amable. Está en una zona céntrica, ideal para moverse a pie. Las habitaciones podrían beneficiarse de un pequeño upgrade, y una de ellas no tenía aire acondicionado. En general, buena experiencia.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel, so pretty and friendly. Breakfast was great and included in stay. Wine was amazing and not expensive. Was travelling back to Bilboa from Murcia and was close to turning so very handy but you couldn’t see or hear road. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for a while.
