Ruim! Ao realizar o check-in fui surpreendido com a informação de que meu filho de 17 anos,constava como uma criança de 1 ano,por causa dessa falta de comunicação,tive que pagar mais um adicional de R$147,00 que me foi cobrado pela pousada. Pousada muito simples! Reservei uma suíte triplo lux porém fui acomodado na suíte número 12,ao qual na acreditei ser a mesma que escolhi,pois me parecia ser uma acomodação muito inferior. Havia móveis quebrados,janelas com travas estouradas! Porta do banheiro sem trava. Café da manhã muito simples... No geral foi uma estadia muito ruim. Com todo respeito aos proprietários da Pousada e funcionários,a Pousada é apenas para pernoite.

Muito boa!!!

Encontrei uma pousada onde retornarei na próxima viagem a Caraguatatuba. Simples e organizada! Parabéns! Poderia variar mais as frutas no café da manhã. O bolo estava uma delicia! Também peço atenção ao modo como acomodam o lixo da pousada: ele estava exposto no estacionamento, trazendo baratas. Seria importante fazer a separação simples do lixo (embalagens de plástico, de papel, lixo de banheiro e restos de comida). Isso facilita muito o hábito sustenta´vel e o descarte reciclavel. No mais, parabéns e gratidão! Descansamos muito bem; pudemos fazer nosso jantar num local silencioso, pois o microondas nos ajudou muito. Retornarei em breve! Abraço a todos!
