The property was clean and room was clean. Our A/C unit outlet had a short in it. Needed replaced, the staff was alerted and the maintenance team was informed. We didn't use the unit, but definitely could be a fire hazard.

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Marion, IL, is my go to place for hotel accommodations when visiting family. Front desk staff, housekeeping team, and the breakfast (crew) are all top notch. Property is extremely well maintained and clean. Rooms are furnished very nicely and the comfort of the bed is amazing. 🙂

Stay was great, however the elevator was out and that was rough. Would’ve been nice if they sent out like a blast email or something to the people who were staying at the time. Which I understand is entirely out of their control. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Pool and hot tub was also really nice!

We checked in late at night and the staff had a computer or reservation issue that they worked through. They were very nice and apologized for me having to wait. The room was clean, the beds are super comfy. It was quiet. The breakfast was SO good. I have a milk allergy and being able to have sausage and over medium eggs was so exciting because I can usually never eat at hotels anymore. Would definitely recommend you stay here.
