Great pool, nice big unit for the five of us, and great end unit overlooking a field. Didn't feel that clean, however, an it was a little buggy (ants obviously, might have seen a mouse dropping under the sink, not 100% sure there weren't bedbugs or fleas or something else) but some of that can be due to being surrounded by nature as it was. As I said, the pool area was great, and the snack bar was a definite plus. Good location for exploring Carcassonne.

The persons at the reception were very nice and helpful . The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,

Nous sommes un peu déçu du logement pour 128€la nuit même s’il faisait 40C, on s’attendait à mieux. 2 ventilateurs sur les 3 fonctionnaient cependant il faisait très chaud. Le plus est quand même l’accès à la piscine jusqu’à 21h. Et l’accueil était vraiment top. J’espère qu’ils pourront installer des Clim pour les prochains sans augmenter les tarifs.

Séjour pris en urgence suite à soucis dans une précédente location, la responsable a été très compréhensive pour notre arrivée et particulièrement attentionnée. La résidence est placée au milieu des vignes parfait pour se détendre et se déconnecter. Piscine très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Résidence à découvrir absolument

La Résidence du Château de Jouarres, offre un cadre paisible et verdoyant pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Installée dans un parc privé de 5 hectares, l'établissement se trouve à proximité du Canal du Midi, idéal pour les promenades à vélo ou à pied. le seul point négatif pour une résidence 3 étoiles comme celui, je conseil juste à la direction de cette résidence et pour offrir un bien être au client autour de la piscine, c'est de mettre de vrai parasol de piscine et de ne pas demander à chaque client de prendre un pauvre parasol de sa chambre pour l'amener sur la piscine et du coup, si on a de la famille qui reste sur la terrasse ou en rdc de jardins ; de ne plus avoir a disposition un parasol. au niveau des chambre et toujours (vu le cadre de la résidence). Pour une résidence classée de ce standing, il est surprenant et peu conforme aux attentes qu'aucun gel douche ne soit fourni dans la salle de bain, ni de kit de nettoyage dans la cuisine équipée. Ces éléments de base sont habituellement inclus dans ce type d’hébergement, car ils participent au confort et à l’autonomie des clients.

El departamento es amplio y cómodo. No había jabón en el baño, un detalle que hubiera sido importante siendo que solo reservamos por una noche. Las camas de la 2da habitación no estaban hechas y las bolsas de residuos no estaban puestas en los tachos. El Jardín descuidado, supongo que por no ser temporada. Si se mejoran estos detalles es un lugar excelente.

Séjour de 4 jours à 8 personnes dans un appartement, alors pour 8 adultes (4 couples : les 2 parents avec 3 enfants et leur compagnes)il n'y a qu'un seul défaut la chambre avec les lits superposés, n'est pas une chambre juste un espace avec un rideau, nous pensions pouvoir poser les matelas auvsol pour faire un lit double mais impossible par contre le canapé était convertible donc c'était beaucoup mieux, oui sur certains commentaires il y a quelques problèmes de propreté mais il ne faut pas exagérer, quelques toiles de poussière au plafond mais il est tellement haut qu'il est vraiment difficile d'accès, après le reste même si ce n'est pas moderne, c'est bien entretenu, il ne manque rien et assez d'espace pour circuler dans l'appartement et 2 toilettes et une salle de douche et une salle de bain, pour l'accueil c'était parfait, sourire,gentillesse et politesse font toujours plaisir . Le bar restaurant à première allure on se dit que c'est un peu particulier, il manque certaines choses de la carte mais ils sont super gentil, très serviable, et surtout c'est très bien rapport qualité prix , c'est les vacances on est pas là pour ce prendre la tête, la piscine convient très bien, on ne se marche pas les uns sur les autres, oui il manque un peu de transat par forte chaleur car plus de monde et le camion de pizza du samedi soir est très bien aussi, par contre victime de son succès réserver bien à l'avance vos pizzas pour ne pas les avoir trop tard, il est tout seul
