โGreat hotel, lovely rooms, nice breakfast. Really helpful staff. The only thing we didnโt like about the stay was allowing dogs in common areas. โ

โWe had 2 rooms one of which was accessible for an elderly relative. The accessible room on the ground floor was big enough for a wheelchair and had a huge wet room. The other room was a huge double with another large bathroom including spacious rain head shower cubicle.
Both rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
There was no air con but fans were provided.
There were also plenty of sockets beside the beds for plugging devices.
Both rooms had a coffee machine with pods and fresh milk...
โOverall a very pleasant stay, it was a very hot day so the room was hot but it did have portable fan. Welcome and service by the staff was excellent.
The main entrance door has a strong spring on it so very noisy when people allowed it to slam shut.
Will stay again and try a cottage. โ
โThe room pretty much ticked all the boxes for me. everything in very good condition, well maintained, very clean room and bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Bath/shower, small touches like biscuit with the tea/coffee kit, and real soap, no nasty squirty dispensers.
It is over a pub, so some conversations audible until 11pm, but not to a problem level, and no restaurant, but plenty of food options within easy walking distance. Pub looked fine as well.โ
โEasy check-in, lots of parking available, good internet speed. Breakfast served from 7am and opened promptly at 7am. Easy check-out. Also a reasonably priced pub too. I will be staying again.โ

โPaul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order every day. As we have family in the area, we have always struggled to find good accommodation but Lynedene ticked all the boxes!! We will most definitely be back. This will be our number one go to in the area. โ
