Appreciated recommendations for dining when we arrived, Snook’s restaurant is right next-door and is a good/convenient choice for dining. Main issue was that when reservations were made hotels.com offered option to pay at resort but apparently hotel requires first day payment as a deposit so my card was charged even though I selected pay at resort. Also some confusion regarding payment of resort fee which hotels.com showed as included in my total balance. Found it odd that hotel did not have any of our contact information. Usually when I reserve on hotels.com I also get an email confirming from the hotel itself. Need better coordination between hotels.com/expedia and hotel."
