When we knew about your loss, we assist you immediately and did our best to find it. You never informed us that you had problems with the front door, otherwise we could have offer you a solution immediately. The day the loss occurred you confirmed that the door was closing properly. We must point out that you did not notify us of any other inconvenience in your room during your stay. With regard to the wedding we must reaffirm that the hotel always had the disposition to make the wedding here, we gave them the best offer we could but apparently they found a better one in another place and decided to do it there. Dear customer, I regret what happened. we work with expedia and usually send us the reservations on time like the one we have at this moment in the hotel. I apologize but you did not agree at all to a taxi with me if I had not personally taken you to the airport if it had been necessary. Our hotel organization is not perfect but not as bad as you describe it. Re-visit us I will attend personally so you can truly experience excellent experiences at our Hotel.
