This hotel is clean and efficient. Nice crunchy bedlinen. Very quiet and peaceful in rooms. Very central useful location. It feels corporate, international style. Most hotels these days give you an eco option on towels. They need to do this for their own expenses and the planet.

The Parkgate hotel was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The city of Cardiff is still in this stage of development and has surrounding areas that reflect its financial state. However, the people are lovely.

Even with AC switched off there was constant noise in the room from the system making it difficult to sleep. Also zero goodwill in refusing to refund the night I didn't stay due to change of plans. Leonardo is the better choice, but not quite so "posh".
