“I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up. I sent an email to the property. Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help. We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive.
