"Only bad thing was that I was informed that breakfast was included and during checkout, after consuming my breakfast, they changed their tune, and charged me over $40 for breakfast (a yogurt and a coffee), with no leniency or care about what I had been informed previously. They claim was that due to it being booked my third party (Expedia), then breakfast was not included."

"Had a wonderful time! The place was top shelf, everything beautifully landscaped, the aromas from the various plants, could not get enough of. The cottages were amazing. The detail, cleanliness, and hospitality was well worth the drive there from the foothills. Shout out to the office manager Jacob and his staff. They were extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in navigating our way around town, well done! Definitely will be going back, appreciate you!"

"Great boutique hotel in Carmel. Close to the main areas in Carmel. Great customer service. Lovely comfortable rooms while not huge are beautiful furnished. Great free extras provided from early morning coffee, a delicious buffet breakfast with egg station, afternoon wine and not forgetting the wonderful chocolate chip cookies in the evening. A real treat."
