"Staff helpfully and friendly. Bad odor in room and hallway, i bought a candle. Key cards kept deactivating. Dirty ac and window tracks cob webs and dead bugs, tub plug didn't work. Breakfast not great. My carpet was gross"

"I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. It was worn and had a previous room...
